City Plumbers provides flat-rate pricing for all their services instead of charging for time or materials. This promotes a more honest and better quality work, as it ensures the jobs being done will not be stretched out longer than they need to be with materials more pricy than practical. With this flat-rate policy, we have been able to ensure that our technicians do a job correctly and promptly for a practical price instead of trying to weasel in unnecessary costs.

We also offer free estimates as well as a service/diagnostic fee to ensure that the problem being handled is the correct problem. While we are confident in our customers’ ability to pick out most of the problems with their HVAC units and water heaters, we want to be certain that the problem you see is the only problem. We will provide you with the best solution and most cost effective pricing possible to ensure that every job is thoroughly examined to make sure nothing is hiding behind a more obvious issue.

You will always know the price of everything that we are doing before we even start it. Our technicians will make a diagnosis and mark an itemized list so that you can see exactly what we’ll be doing and what it will cost. This means there are no surprise bills, no hidden fees, and nothing being done to your home or office that you haven’t approved. You will always get a chance to approve or decline the price that we offer, and will always have the opportunity to ask any questions you want. Our technicians are highly trained and are more than happy to answer any questions you might have about what needs to be done. Don’t be afraid to ask questions!

Limited Warranty and Other Terms

Labor Warranty:

If there is a problem with the labor that you have received, City Plumbers will provide a service to ensure that it is fixed immediately as long as the deficiency is reported promptly and fall in line with the following statutes:

For Repair Service Work, Appliance/Fixture/Equipment Replacement and Installation Work: Within one (1) year of the completion date of substantial work performed.

For Sewer and Drain-Clearing Working, and for Repair Service and Installations using Customer-Furnished Material: Within thirty (30) days of the completion date of substantial work performed.

No warranty is given for the continued operation of the system or equipment repaired unless specifically noted in writing. If there is a cost for the additional work or repairs, it will be quoted in advance at prevailing rates for you to accept or decline.

There is no warranty for Inspection work, however, inspection work will confidently assert that all accessible components of the system have been examined by a trained and qualified technician.

Material Warranty:

If there is a problem with the materials that are used in your home or office by City Plumbers, we will remedy that problem if it falls within or on one (1) year of completion of the job. City Plumbers does not claim or adopt any warranty that is claimed by the manufacturer’s warranty. There is no warranty for customer-installed materials.

Terms & Conditions:

Any Warranty work is performed during regular business hours (7:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, except holidays) without charge. Any emergency overtime warranty work will be performed upon the customer’s agreement to pay one-third (1/3) of the Customer Assurance Pricing overtime price for the warranty task(s) performed. Diagnostic Fees are waived on any warranty work performed. If the customer’s account is past due, no warranty work will be done. Warranty work performed does not extend beyond the warranty period.
